The short coat is ultra light weight, water proof and versatile. It is designed for horse riding as well as all outdoor activities. Its short length makes it suitable to wear when gardening, hiking, all outdoor events even picking up the kids from school on a rainy day! 
 
Features
Fabric: The fabric is a porous nylon material that is waterproof, lightweight and breathable. The fabric  works as a system, with millions of tiny pores (like your skin) which allow moisture vapour to pass through and out, but are too small to allow water droplets to come through its outer protective coating. This means that you can be out in the rain and not feel like your in your own personal sauna!
 
The material dries quickly and is machine washable. The jacket is lined with a nylon taffeta and the seams of the jacket are taped and welded preventing leaks. The fabric is flexible and will fold easily to fit into a cantle bag. 
 
The jacket has 4 large exterior pockets, 2 with secure snap stud closures. It has a sturdy 2 way zipper covered by a snap stud storm flap to provide extra protection. The sleeves and collars have velcro closures. Snap stud expansion 'action' sides allow the back of your coat to comfortably sit over the back of your saddle
The hood is large enough to cover helmets. Its fetures a brimmed hood preventing rain from dripping into your eyes and a drawstring to pull the hood in around your face when needed. A subtle adjustable strap at the back of the hood allows hood size to be adjusted for helmets and heads of all sizes.  The hood is detachable and can be removed completely or packed away into the collar of the coat. 
The jacket features attractive Hi Viz detailing for nightime safety and a drawstring waist.
