Its important to us that you are happy with your coat and it fits! This is why we are happy to exchange sizes or refund if needed. To refund an item we ask; 

* The item be unused, unwashed and tags still on in a re-sellable condition.

* Returns be made within 30 days upon delivery 

*Postage costs of item back to Muddy Creek Rain Gear is covered by the customer. Muddy Creek Rain Gear will pay for postage of exchanged item back to customer once goods are received.

* If a refund issued, the postage and handling cost will be deducted from refund amount.

* To arrange a refund or exchange please contact us via email or phone and include the details of the exchange or refund. i.e size change and the new requested size and customer contact details.

Faulty Items

* If your item is faulty, we will replace it with the same item. If the item is out of stock, we will offer you a refund. This is in line with Australian consumer guidelines.​
